These are spicy crisp little biscuits that are low in fat and  are terrific for serving with drinks.

50gm plain flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 traaspoon curry powder

1/4 teaspoon chilli powder

1 tablespoon chopped coriander

2 tablespoons water

Preheat oven to 180c.

Sift the flour, curry and chilli powder. Make a well and add the coriander and water. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix to a firm dough.

Knead until smooth and rest for 5 minutes.

Cut the dough into 12 pieces and knead into small balls. Roll each ball out very thinly to a 10cm round.

Arrange the rounds on two ungreased baking sheets, bake for 15 minutes, turning over once furing the cooking. Cool on a wire rack.
